Irena is a seasoned accounting professional and has been with the company since inception. With a taxation and accounting background from two of the “Big Four” Accounting Houses, Irena brings a wealth of knowledge and experience working with both the private and public domains.
At BookUpKeep, Irena’s core focus remains on empowering small businesses to thrive financially. Her analytical mindset allows her to understand each client's unique needs with specific focus on small business taxation, bookkeeping, local and state compliance, as well as payroll matters.

Irena is the group’s resident expert in co-managing our recruitment process and provides in-depth ongoing training to all Associates to ensure the highest standards from every financial and compliance aspect are accurately applied.
A resident of Florida, in her spare time Irena enjoys spending her time with her family and dog exploring the local beaches and catching sunrays.

Jack is an accomplished finance and tax professional with extensive experience in bookkeeping, taxation, payroll, and employee benefit plans. A highly successful business consultant, Jack adds his expertise to both complex and everyday bookkeeping and accounting practices.
With a background from both small and large public accounting firms, Jack honed his expertise from spending more than a decade with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Marcum, and Crowe. During his tenure at public accounting, Jack managed complex transactions requiring expertise in payroll, financial asset, financial health management and cross-border taxation matters.
Jack is also the resident expert for asset management, and employee benefit plan processing, also known as PCMP.
With BookUpKeep, Jack transitioned from the large-scale Fortune 500 industry to pursue his passion for small/midsize business consulting and ensuring every client’s financial health. He now assists clients in understanding the micro and macro impacts of operational expenses on their company's overall profit line, and helps businesses to qualify for various government-based funding opportunities, as well as traditional credit methodologies.
Jack is extremely passionate about client success, ensuring that each and every associate delivers exceptional, detail-oriented results.

Rita’s experience delivering results to large banking clients is an asset assisting small and medium-sized business clients.
