With a background from both small and large public accounting firms, Jack honed his expertise from spending more than a decade with PricewaterhouseCoopers, Marcum, and Crowe. During his tenure at public accounting, Jack managed complex transactions requiring expertise in payroll, financial asset, financial health management and cross-border taxation matters.
Jack is also the resident expert for asset management, and employee benefit plan processing, also known as PCMP.
With BookUpKeep, Jack transitioned from the large-scale Fortune 500 industry to pursue his passion for small/midsize business consulting and ensuring every client’s financial health. He now assists clients in understanding the micro and macro impacts of operational expenses on their company's overall profit line, and helps businesses to qualify for various government-based funding opportunities, as well as traditional credit methodologies.
